Licensed Home Inspector Brad Robbins
FL and AL Inspections
Meet Brad Robbins
Brad Robbins is the owner/operator of Structure-TEK. He strives to protect and serve his customers by delivering a prompt, thorough, and professional inspection for a reasonable price.
His experience includes insurance related inspections and home inspections. He has inspected 15,000+ structures, which have ranged from home inspections, to inspecting a small water leak, to tornados that completely demolished the entire building structure. Brad has also been required to provide comprehensive repair estimates, and this required him to have extensive building knowledge.
Brad’s inspection experience makes him the perfect candidate for your home or commercial inspection. Unlike most home inspectors, who just have a basic knowledge of building related systems “to get by” on an inspection, Brad has extensive building related knowledge that goes well beyond the basic standards of a typical home inspector.

Industry Tools
When we inspect your home, we’ll use a mixture of visual inspections and special industry tools.
Thermal Imaging
This is the easiest solution for people who are worried about leaks inside their walls, as well as a lack of insulation.
Moisture Meter
This meter seeks out any moisture in the building, along with any related accumulated mold.
Carbon Monoxide Detector
Don’t allow this silent killer to catch your family off-guard. Instead, call us in with our detector to make sure that all is good.
Gas Leak Detector
Did you know that not all gas leaks can be smelled by the human nose? Fortunately, our gas leak detector can find even the smallest leaks.
Borescope
This tool provides us with a good look at areas that are otherwise impossible to see.
Humidity Meter
We’ll check for humidity levels in your home. If the humidity is much higher in a certain room, that means there’s a leak!
Brad’s Off Time
When Brad isn’t inspecting residential or commercial properties, he enjoys spending time with his wife and their two sons.
